Praise my Redeemer–He has saved my life;
despite my sins, His efforts weren’t in vain.
Amid the storms of suffering and strife,
the Lord, for all, has shown His love again.

“Forsake the world and I will be thy God.
Trust in my words and I’ll with thee abide;
And thou, poor servant, through the fields have plod,
did know which friend was always by thy side.”

Oh, Saints, live in a way to please the Lord
and you will find, within your heart, true peace.
Guide us, dear Christ–the Way, the Truth, the Word–
ruled once as king, thy reign will never cease.

For all the blessings He gives me, I’ll say,
“I love thee, Lord, forever and today!”
